Please DON’T crash diet or do anything beyond what you would normally do for a beach vacation where people would see more of your skin than usual. (You know what I mean.) Be sure to hydrate in the days leading up to your session—it will make your skin glow!

WHEN WILL MY SESSION TAKE PLACE?
Cate Autumn Studios is located in Downtown Jackson, Michigan. The space has the most beautiful natural light that pours in and creates a dreamy atmosphere. It's easy to travel to and plenty of things to do nearby to make your day even more fun.
WHAT SHOUD I WEAR?
This is completely up to you—have a beautifully curated, size-inclusive Client Closet! We have options from XS to 6XL, and are always adding options to keep up with the latest trends. I also will help YOU find pieces that you feel confident & sexy in. I got you!
You can also buy new lingerie (if you want) to make the occasion extra special, select something you already have & love, or go completely nude. We also have women select options from their loved-one’s closets, like white button-down shirts or other favorite items.
WHEN DO I SELECT MY PHOTOS FROM MY SESSION?
You’ll get to view your images on the SAME DAY as your session. This is one of the most incredible aspects of our boudoir photography packages—I want you to go home KNOWING how beautifully your photos turned out.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I EXPECT TO SPEND?
There is a $500 session fee to retain your date. This includes 3 hours in the studio, hair, makeup, styling assistance, and ordering session. You’ll choose your services package based on how many outfits you want to wear, and what prints, albums, and digitals you want to receive. I always make sure to go over pricing in detail so you know exactly what you’re getting.
All of our photography sessions include a 0% interest payment plan—after your $500 deposit, your spot is reserved for you, and you can pay incrementally until you reach a $0 balance.
HOW MUCH CAN YOU "EDIT OUT"?
My theory is that part of loving yourself is loving your authentic body. We may remove non-permanent blemishes or imperfections, or even small scars upon request, but we never change something that’s a permanent part of you. I do responsibly smooth skin and enhance your beautiful eyes, but over-editing your photos takes away from the intention behind your experience.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU DO BOUDOIR & WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?
Consider booking at least 6-12 months prior to any significant date like weddings, anniversaries, or birthdays. I'm not kidding, my schedule can fill up FAST..
